A residential addition and renovation to a Dutch colonial style home in Connecticut. The project called for the addition of a modern, hi-tech program in a neighborhood with traditional architecture. New spaces were created to address the needs of a retired couple who wanted remain in their home and primarily occupy the ground floor.
