The Shanghai Arch consists of a an iconic office building and a podium shopping complex offering an assortment of retail, dining and entertainment establishments. The office building is organized into two twenty-two story towers that are joined at the 23rd floor by a seven story sky bridge that creates a gate form. The building envelope utilizes a high-tech double skin facade system that achieves numerous ecologically sustainable performance advantages.
